The tv in MY room did not work. staff ignored the problem at first. only after two days they agreed an issue existed and offered another room late at night. It was too late since I was leaving early. the apathetic tech staff and their performance annoyed me most. also, water pressure in the shower was LOW.

The TV did not work for the first day of a three-day stay. Staff initially told us to reset it ourselves. This issue was not resolved until we were leaving.

I had requested a double room, but it wasn't assigned when I checked in. I saw hair all over the room and there was even pubic hair in the bathroom. The restaurant prices seemed high and the pasta I ordered lacked cheese and bread.
